Streisand organizes emergency Live Aid IV to help al-Zawahiri
Beverly Hills (October 13, 2005) – At a highly emotional press conference today, actress, singer and Democrat activist Barbra Streisand announced that she is organizing an emergency Live Aid IV concert to help her “brother” al-Zawahiri, the second in command of the Al-Quaida terrorist organization. “I cannot sit here in the California sun, sipping cocktails and writing senseless blogs” while my “brother al-Zawahiri is suffering under the American imperialistic oppression”, Ms. Streisand said, sobbing from emotional distress. In an intercepted letter dated July 9, 2005 but recently declassified and disclosed yesterday, Mr. al-Zawaihri indicated that he was under severe financial duress, his situation “is good by the grace of God, but many of the lines have been cut off. Because of this, we need a payment while new lines are being opened. So if you are capable of sending a payment of approximately 100,000 we will be very grateful to you.” Ms. Streisand added that in the meantime, she will FedEx overnight a cashier check of 100,000 dollars as soon as she receives Mr. al-Zawahiri's latest address from the Yahoo! People Search service.
