Iraq: Fast Track to Sovereignty

Baghdad (December 13, 2005) - A new, democratic parliament is being elected in Iraq this week. What a historic event in contemporary world history! Not many people realize and appreciate how fast Iraq is regaining its sovereignty, much faster than other established democratic nations under similar circumstances like Germany and Japan.
