Democrats supports Rehnquist-like replacement, but insists on DNA proof

Washington DC (September 5, 2005) - Senator Edward Kennedy, announced today that the Democrats, true to their principle "to maintain the balance on the court", will support a replacement matching the late Rehnquist, but they will also insist on the correct DNA proof. Although Judge Roberts showed the same ideology and judicial philosophy as the late Chief Justice Rehnquist, "the Democrats will not vote for him," as long as he "did not have the DNA identical to those of the late Chief Justice", the Senator says.
